About

First Due Research is a U.S.-based research supply company providing high-purity compounds and laboratory materials for legitimate research and analytical use. We focus on transparency, consistency, and fast domestic fulfillment.

First Due Research is proudly first responder owned. Our background in emergency services shapes how we operate: attention to detail, accountability, and doing things the right way when it matters.

As a small, independent operation, we place a strong emphasis on personal attention to detail and direct customer service. Orders are handled carefully, questions are answered by a real person, and every interaction matters. We believe being small allows us to be more responsive, more precise, and more accountable.

All products offered by First Due Research are intended strictly for laboratory research, analytical testing, and educational purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.

Products are sourced from established suppliers and accompanied by third-party analytical documentation when available. We encourage independent verification and informed research practices.

Orders ship from within the United States with discreet, secure packaging. Our goal is to provide a reliable domestic option for researchers who value clarity, speed, and professionalism.

If you have questions regarding documentation, handling, or general product information, we’re accessible and responsive. We don’t overpromise — we deliver what we say we will.

What is your return/refund policy

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, we do not offer refunds or returns based on buyer’s remorse, ordering errors, or changes in research needs. However, we stand behind the analytical integrity of our products. If a customer submits the material for independent third-party laboratory testing and verified results demonstrate a purity below 99%, or a quantity variance exceeding ±10% of the labeled amount, we will issue a full refund for the affected product. Documentation from an accredited testing facility is required. This policy applies solely to analytical nonconformance and does not extend to handling, storage, or misuse after delivery.

Why is wholesaler information redacted on COAs

Certificates of Analysis are issued for batches tested on behalf of our upstream wholesale supplier. Identifying information related to the wholesaler, including purchaser and distribution details, is redacted to protect proprietary business relationships and supplier privacy. The analytical data itself is unaltered and provided solely for reference and verification of laboratory research materials.

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for products

We do not provide a publicly posted Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every product. Materials are sourced from an established wholesale supplier that conducts routine internal analytical testing as part of its quality control processes. Independent third-party analytical testing may also be obtained for verification purposes. To date, results received from such testing have been consistent with stated specifications. If independent testing conducted by an accredited laboratory demonstrates a purity below 99% or a quantity variance exceeding ±10% of the labeled amount, a full refund will be issued for the affected product in accordance with our refund policy. All analytical documentation is provided for reference only and does not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or regulatory approval.

Can I perform third-party testing on products?

Yes, independent third-party testing is permitted and encouraged. Customers may submit research materials to qualified analytical laboratories for verification at their discretion. In addition, Finnrick Laboratories offers free analytical testing for peptides within the United States, which may be utilized as an independent verification resource. Results from third-party testing are used solely for analytical reference. If accredited laboratory testing demonstrates material nonconformance with stated specifications, our refund policy applies. All testing is for research and quality-verification purposes only and does not imply regulatory evaluation or approval.
